Welcome to LogYourLift (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LogYourLift website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LogYourLift is a workout tracking and training management platform that allows users to:
- Create and manage exercises, workouts, and training sessions
- Track workout history and performance
- Collaborate with trainers through Trainer Mode (when enabled)
The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LogYourLift.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
LogYourLift does not provide medical advice.
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
You use the Service at your own risk.
5. Trainer Mode & Shared Access
Trainer Mode allows a user (“Client”) to grant limited access to another user (“Trainer”).
- Trainer access is explicitly granted by the Client
- Access may be revoked at any time by the Client
- Trainers do not receive access to passwords, billing, or private account data
LogYourLift is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or safety of trainer-provided guidance.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or abusive content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Data & Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service.
By using LogYourLift, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
We do not sell user data.
8. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
- Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are disclosed before purchase
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical issues.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or the Service is misused.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogYourLift shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or website.
